1. General Questions

Who are we?
PekoBeko aims to bridge the gap between you and all international snacks that are out there and not yet here in Singapore. We strive to curate a collection of unique and delectable snacks that will surely elevate your snacking experience.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do hope to open one in the future such that you will get to experience first-hand the snacks we bring in.

2. Orders and Refunds

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
PekoBeko processes orders swiftly. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team at contact@pekobeko.com immediately. Cancellation is only possible if the Product price was misstated on our Site at the time of your order and before the Product has been delivered. Modifications to orders post-dispatch are generally not possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request within these constraints.

Can I customize my own snack box?
We will love to bring this idea forward in the near future, but for now, we offer specially prepared snack boxes. Do give us feedback and suggestions for any theme or snack requests! 
Are there any special dietary restrictions for your snack box?
Ingredients and allergen information are all provided together with the bundle for your reference. Alternatively, you can reach out to us for assitance if you have any doubts.
How many snacks are included in each bundle?
Each themed snack box will contain approximately 6-10 of various snacks, and they are listed down in their product page.
How often do you update the snack selection in the bundles?
We will always search and find new snacks that we feel will pique your interest. Do keep a look out as we intend to be up to trend with the market!
What is the shelf life of the snacks in the bundle?
We highly recommend you to enjoy the snacks the moment you receive them but if you do intend to keep them for quite some time, do check the expiration date on each snack and also the product card. Do note some products may have a shorter expiry date due to the freshness of the ingredients.

Payment Method

We accept various payment methods including credit card, GooglePay, ApplePay, and PayNow. Do check in with us if your payment method is not included and we'll be more than happy to assist you on it.
Why is our PayNow recipient "Razer Merchant Services (SG) Pte. Ltd"?
Don't worry, this is the expected payment recipient for PayNow and we assure you that the recipient stated above is our official financial partner.
