Delivery Of Your Orders
1. Delivery via Third-Party Carriers
PekoBeko Pte Ltd ("PekoBeko"), does not deliver the Products directly to you. All Products ordered through our service will be dispatched via third-party carriers. The delivery method and delivery address are as specified by you at the time of placing the order. PekoBeko shall not be liable for any delay, misdelivery, or errors in delivery resulting from your chosen delivery method or incorrect address details, nor for any loss or damage to the products once they have been transferred to the third-party carrier.
2. Delivery via Third-Party Carriers
Order fulfillment is dependent on product availability. In the event of significant delays due to unavailability, PekoBeko will make reasonable efforts to inform you and will dispatch your order as soon as possible. Upon notification of such a delay, you may:
- Cancel your order within two (2) business days and request a refund in accordance with our Return and Cancellation Policy; or
- Opt for a substitution with products of equal or greater value, covering any additional cost for the difference in value between your original order and the substituted order
The estimated delivery times provided on our website are indicative only and do not constitute a guarantee or obligation on PekoBeko's part regarding the delivery timeline. While PekoBeko strives for timely delivery, it is not responsible for delays beyond its control once the order has been processed and shipped.
3. Refusal or Failure to Accept Delivery
If you fail or refuse to accept delivery, and have not canceled your order under this clause or our Return and Cancellation Policy (Clause 3), PekoBeko will attempt to contact you to arrange a redelivery within a reasonable timeframe. PekoBeko is not obligated to attempt a second delivery unless you confirm your readiness to receive or collect the products. Any decline in product quality due to your failure to accept the initial delivery attempt will not be the responsibility of PekoBeko. In all cases, PekoBeko reserves the right to retain payment for the ordered products.
4. Erroneous Deliveries
If additional products are inadvertently delivered to you, PekoBeko reserves the right to invoice you for these products unless you notify us and return them in accordance with the Return and Cancellation Policy (Clause 3) within two (2) business days from the delivery date.
By placing an order with PekoBeko, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Delivery Policy, which is governed by the laws of Singapore.
