Return Of Your Products

1. General Policy on Returns

PekoBeko Pte Ltd ("PekoBeko") typically does not accept returns or provide refunds for products sold through our platform. However, returns may be considered under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Grounds for Return

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your Products. PekoBeko will accept returns if the Product received is:
  • Not the Product ordered (wrong Product)
  • Fundamentally different from what was advertised on our Site
  • Expired, visibly spoiled, or unconsumable
  • In broken packaging
  • Tampered with or unsafe for consumption; or
  • Spoiled or unconsumable even when consumed before the expiry date

    Procedure For Return Of Products

    1. To initiate a return for the reasons listed above:
    • You must contact PekoBeko within two (2) business days of receiving your order by emailing contact@pekobeko.com to request a Return Request.
    • PekoBeko may request further information or documentation regarding the condition of the Product before approving your return.
    • PekoBeko retains the discretion to determine whether a full or partial refund will be issued for returned Products.
    2. Upon approval:
    • Return the Products to: 38 Ang Mo Kio Ind Park 2, #07-01, Singapore 569511
    • It is recommended that you use a tracked shipping service for returns. PekoBeko is not liable for Products lost or damaged in transit back to us.


    Cancellation Of Your Order

    If a product was mispriced on our site at the time of your order and has not yet been delivered, PekoBeko reserves the right to cancel your order and terminate the sale agreement without your consent. Any payment made for such a product will be refunded.

    Refunds

    Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment or any alternate method as agreed upon with the recipient. 

    PekoBeko will bear the costs associated with the refund process, including any payment processing fees.

    The timeline for processing refunds, as stated on our Site or communicated to you, is an estimate only. PekoBeko will not be held liable for delays in refund processing unless such delays are unreasonable and directly attributable to PekoBeko's fault or error.

      Conditions for Refund
      • Refunds are contingent upon PekoBeko's acceptance of your Return Request and the receipt of the returned Products.
      • PekoBeko reserves the right to inspect returned Products and may refuse a return if:
        • For wrong Products, the item is used or not in original packaging;
        • The Product does not match your order;
        • The Product has expired due to delays in return by you.
      In cases where a return is refused by PekoBeko, no refund will be processed, and the Products may be returned to you at your expense.

       

      By placing an order with Pekobeko, you acknowledge and accept PekoBeko's return and refund policy as outlined above, which is governed by the laws of Singapore.
